Robert M. Pons
Chairman of the Board
Robert M. Pons has more than 25 years of senior level management experience including early stage ventures, Fortune 500 and turnaround companies. Currently, Mr. Pons is Senior Vice President of Capital Markets for TMNG, a leading provider of professional services to the converging communications media and entertainment industries and the capital formation firms that support it. Prior to TMNG he was CEO of Uphonia/SmartServ Inc., a publicly traded firm in the wireless industry. Uphonia/SmartServ was completely recapitalized and repositioned under his leadership. As an early pioneer of the competitive telecommunications industry, he was a senior level executive working with both landline and wireless systems. Originating his telecommunications experience in 1980 at MCI, Mr. Pons opened the New England markets, growing them from start-up to a $100 million division. He currently sits on the boards of Network1 Security Solutions (OTC:NSSI.OB), and Arbinet (Nasdaq:ARBX).
Thomas Dusenberry
Director
Mr. Dusenberry has over 30 years of entertainment and consumer technology experience at major consumer companies as well as at early stage companies. Thomas is the founder of Dusenberry Entertainment, an entertainment and consumer technology company dedicated to bringing quality entertainment experiences to market. Mr. Dusenberry is the former CEO of Hasbro Interactive and Games.com. He also served in a senior position at Parker Brothers/Milton Bradley. He has been most closely associated with the publishing of hits such as: MONOPOLY, SCRABBLE, FROGGER, ROLLER COASTER TYCOON, and NASCAR. Mr. Dusenberry currently serves as a director of K-MOTION Interactive, Inc., a developer of motion-based applications including golf swing analysis and sports health measurement, and Robonica, an electronic entertainment company specializing in robotic toys and innovative robot games.
Matthew Stecker
President and CEO
Matthew Stecker brings considerable experience to Livewire Mobile as an operating executive and strategic consultant in the telecommunications industry (as well as a passion for music). Prior to joining Livewire as its CEO in November 2009, Mr. Stecker was a vice president and leader of TMNG’s technology strategy practice, consulting to some of the world’s leading brands as they navigate the convergence of the media and telecom industries. He has previously served on the leadership team at Vindigo, where he led the team behind the first successful advertising-supported mobile application and as CTO of SmartServ Online where he expanded the company’s mobile application catalog while launching the Uphonia MVNO. Previously, Mr. Stecker was president of Marble Associates, Inc. of Boston — a pioneer in the implementation of Object-Oriented Technologies in Fortune 500 businesses. He received his BA in Computer Science from Duke University, as well as his JD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law.
Alan Howe
Director
Mr. Howe brings to LiveWire Mobile a wealth of operational experience combined with corporate finance, business development and corporate governance experience. He is currently Managing Partner of Broadband Initiatives, LLC and oversees the firm’s operations. Mr. Howe also serves as Managing Director at B. Riley & Co., LLC, in their Corporate Governance Advisory Services Group in Los Angeles under a consulting agreement. Mr. Howe is also chairman of the Board of Directors of Ditech Networks (Nasdaq: DITC) and Co-Chairman of Selectica, Inc. (Nasdaq: SLTC) and serves on a number of private boards. From 2005 to 2008, Mr. Howe was Vice President of Strategic Development for Covad Communications Group, Inc., and was responsible for developing and implementing the company’s wireless broadband strategy. Previously, Mr. Howe served as the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development and Chief Financial Officer of wireless service provider, Teletrac, Inc. and before that he was a director of corporate development for Sprint. Mr. Howe holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Illinois, and an MBA in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley Graduate School of Business.

Todd Donahue
Chief Financial Officer
Todd Donahue joined LiveWire Mobile in February 2007. Prior to joining LiveWire Mobile, Mr. Donahue served in senior finance and operations roles at Aspen Technology, Inc., a global software and solution provider, including as Vice President of Product Operations and Vice President of Finance. His prior experience includes senior finance positions at Corechange, Inc., an enterprise portal software company, and Ardent Software, Inc., which was acquired by Informix. Mr. Donahue began his career at Deloitte and Touche LLP in assurance and advisory services. He holds a BSBA in Management from Boston University, an MBA from Babson College, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Dave Moreau
Chief Operating Officer
Dave Moreau has more than 25 years of experience in founding, building and running media companies. Mr. Moreau joined Livewire Mobile as chief operating officer in December 2010 through Livewire Mobile’s acquisition of FoneStarz Media Group, which he founded in 2002. As CEO of FoneStarz, Mr. Moreau supervised the build of the company’s award-winning mobile digital storefront and content platform and created partnerships with many of the largest telecom and media brands in the world. Prior to FoneStarz, Mr. Moreau was vice chairman of the National Association of Press Agencies for four years where he specialized in the monetization of traditional media. He was also the editor of Mason’s News Service and Television News, where he transformed the company into one of the top UK regional news and television agency group and increased revenue more than 10 times in two years while creating four spin-off companies. Mr. Moreau qualified in journalism through the British NCTJ program at Harlow College.
Dean Foulis
Chief Technology Officer
With more than 20 years of technology experience, Mr. Foulis is responsible for the company’s technical and product development teams as well as customer operations. Prior to joining LiveWire Mobile, Mr. Foulis held a senior sales role in Oracle’s Embedded Global Business Unit. In this position, he was responsible for helping to align Oracle’s technical stack to meet the needs of a diverse group of customers, including many in the telecommunications arena. Previously, Mr. Foulis led the development team at SmartServ Online in the creation of the Uphonia mobile content store, an integrated storefront that offered mobile ringtones, games and applications. His proven skills in software development led him to several integral positions at The Whitehead Institute, Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Marble Associates, HBOC and Synetics. Mr. Foulis received his Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Adam Thibault
Senior Vice President, Sales & Business Development
Adam Thibault joined LiveWire Mobile in March 2008 through the acquisition of Groove Mobile. Prior to the merger, Mr. Thibault served as the primary Account Executive for over a dozen of Groove Mobile’s key accounts, driving new product sales within the installed base. In parallel, since 2005, Mr. Thibault was also a key contributor to new business development, serving as Senior Sales Engineer in support of sales efforts around the globe. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Theatre Arts from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and is currently pursuing an MBA from his alma mater’s Isenberg School of Management.
