Comprehensive medical and dental insurance programs are available through Blue Cross/Blue Shield Blue Care Elect PPO and Delta Dental Premier. Both the company and the employee share medical and dental insurance premiums. LiveWire Mobile pays 80% and the employee pays 20% of the monthly premium. Domestic Partner Benefits are available for medical, dental and life insurance, per IRS regulations.

Employees may purchase additional life insurance for themselves, their spouse, and their children.
Employees may participate in the company 401(k) plan and defer up to 50% of their salary on a pre-tax basis. Employees are eligible for the LiveWire Mobile match immediately upon enrolling in the plan.
Employees may purchase NMS Communications stock at 85% of the market value up to 500 shares per plan, twice per year.
LiveWire Mobile provides unlimited 100% tuition reimbursement for courses taken by the employee that are related to his/her work.

LiveWire Mobile will grant new fathers one week off with pay for the birth of a child. This program is exclusive of regular paid time off.
LiveWire Mobile will assist employees with the cost of adopting a child, up to $3,000 per child will be reimbursed to cover the cost of adoption expenses. This money is treated as taxable income.
